Message | Valid points, but I would like to point out the fact that the prisoners are provided with food, clothing and shelter, all of which is currently payed for by the People. We in the PPOL do not feel it is overbearing to require the prisoners to offset some of the costs of there incarceration. |

Message | We understand the PPOL's points but we believe that workers must be paid even a small sum for what they have done. The proposal that is in article 2 of the Improvement of Prison Conditions gives a compromise between the two. I woud suggest that this bill be rejected in favour of the one above. |
