| We propose to make nationality some that is actually meaningful. Naturally all Lodamuns who belong to one of the native nations should automatically receive nationality. However we in the GP do not feel that first generation immigrants should receive nationality, but their children should be entitled to it, if born in Lodamun. With this in place, nationality would actually be meaningful to those who have it, and it would not be cheapened by allowing any tom, dick and Zwingali to get it. |

Old value:: Anyone is able to claim nationality.
Current: Anyone receives nationality but immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality.
