In memorium of the tragic case of WIlliam 'Three Fingers Bill' Williams, we wish to introduce the following legislation to protect our children from the scourge of M-80's, bottle rockets, and the like. It's all good fun, till somebody blows a finger or two off. |

Proposal[?] to change The government's policy towards fireworks.
Old value:: The sale of fireworks is unregulated, anyone may buy them.
Current: Professionals may run licensed fireworks shows, small fireworks are legal to the general public.
Proposed: Only adults are allowed to purchase fireworks

Message | We feel that those that currently raise the middle finger to the LFF torchlight parades are the ones who would benefit most from this legislation. Therefore we oppose. We also suggest that fingers that have been blown off should be stuck on "This way to the hospital" signs. |
