Current: Only divorces that comply with religious doctrine are legal.
Proposed: Divorces are legal, be it mutual consent, grounded cause or if one partner wants it.

| Message | We believe this proposal can avoid nasty divorce battles. Like we said before, if a marriage is going the wrong way, if they realise they can't live together anymore, people should have the option to divorce. Why should they be bound together if there's no love anymore? Adultery or domestic violence appear mostly if the marriage is already totally lost. It shouldn't need to come this far. This proposal will avoid that people will only get more hurt. |
