An Act to forbid the possiblity of using nuclear weapons, which have the capability of destroying everything on the planet - even Mordusia (and even if we are the only nation to use them in the event of a conflict). This Act will also have the effect of prohibiting the development, construction and storage of these weapons, which makes Mordusia a target for attacks from other nations.
