This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | The Prog Cons have done to much for the Pantians for us to just dump them. We voted for the last cabinet on the pure basis that we feel the OP is the best party to head Forgein Affairs. However we put more weight with the more right wing of the two parties. |
