FRP is transferring the conference to stage 3 & 4 in order to come up with legislation to vote on concerning economic reform. Copyrights last 20 years on films, music and literature - with the option to renew. This cancels the ECC. Patents last 20 years, with the option for renewal. patent applications must be reviewed for proper originality by either an independent body or private peer review. harsh punshments for people who defraud patent applicants. The NOA objectives will be changed. The NOA will now host the bi-annual culture fair taking place in multiple cities across malivia, to support art, music and innovation. The NOA will create the yearly Creative Commons Competition (CCC) which awards 100,000Pliny to the creator of work put on the CC that is the biggest contribution to culture and society in Malivia. There will be smaller prizes of 50,000Py etc for runners up. |
