Message | Rather than s9imply replicate existing infrastructure, lets distributee the money as vouchers. Now the merits of vouchers have been debated many times..but i found the second proposal more interesting. By allowing local govts to select what they want, each state can come up with the solution that best meets its needs. We think this is a step forward for Likatonia. |

Message | No. What about the low income citizens who, even with the vouchers, can't afford a private school? |

Message | I wasn't aware that our public schools were bad; and if they are, then clearly we need to fund them better and audit their expenses. |
Date | 18:23:57, June 27, 2005 CET | From | Liberal Party for Equality | To | Debating the Restoring Opportunity Act |
Message | I am against this bill. Primary and secondary education is mandatory and should therefore be free. |
Date | 18:38:02, June 27, 2005 CET | From | Edelweiss Party | To | Debating the Restoring Opportunity Act |
Message | Education is a national affair, according to our policy it has to stay like that. Public education and private school doing great side by side, I don't see the matter of changing that. |
