This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Message | Actually, no I don't. Since everyone else is overwhelmingly against, I move for the Mutt Party to make a new cabinet proposal. Even though this favors me well enough, it wouldn't be fair to pass something when nearly every party opposes. It goes against the spirit of compromise. |
