Bill: Constitutional Amendment
Details
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: January 2275
Description[?]:
9 days is stupidly long when hardly any of the active parties are proposing bills. I've got the state almost exactly how I like it, yet you're not really opposing by doing nothing. We might as well make the electoral terms shorter so that more happens to help keep things interesting. I'm leaving this for the 6 months debate as was the old standard, but it'd be a pleasent surprise to see some responses here. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change The length of a legislative and executive term, in months. Should be between 24 and 72.
Old value:: 54
Current: 72
Proposed: 30
