Message | No. I like most of this bill but I will not EVER sponsor or allow welfare in any way shape or form. This is the responsibility of charities, and I will NEVER force ANYONE to give money to others beyond their will. To do so is unethical and furthermore stealing from taxpayers. An absolute and resounding NO because of Article 3 alone. |
