| I propose that with this bill, we take a percentage of the rich people's cash inflow and divid it amongst the people of our nation. With this we will be able to give each a solid amount of money which they can use to better there lives. |

| Message | A flat tax, set at how i have talked about, would benefit poor families the most. They would pay no tax at all if they earnt below £12000. I had a part time job earning over £4000 a year and any overtime i did, i got taxed. |

| Message | A flat tax is bad. Flat tax will cost the lowest the most, and will benefit the richest. And how do we need to fund the healthcare system, education system, legal system etc.? Flat tax is very bad, and very unfair, because the poorest have to pay very much, and the richest very little. |
