MessageSounds good, although the Council of Kritarchs would be better small, since 'Kritarch' means a judge with legislative powers. Panels of judges have fewer members.

I like the hereditary HoS.
I would like to vote for 1, but that would screw up my visibity, so maybe not quite yet.

Actually, if you support the empire and most/all of the titles I have made, then maybe I'll allow my seats to slide in the next elections.
