This bill would leave to local governments policies of energy regulation, fireworks, gambling, industrial hemp, and positive discrimination. (NOTE: We have removed the "foreign investments" article as foreign relations are national-government related. We have also removed the article on prostitution.) |

Old value:: Energy is provided by private, unregulated companies but subsidies are given to those on a low income.
Current: Energy is provided by private companies but the prices they can charge are regulated.
Proposed: Energy provision is left to local governments.

Old value:: The sale of fireworks is unregulated, anyone may buy them.
Current: Professionals may run licensed fireworks shows, small fireworks are legal to the general public.
Proposed: Local governments determine fireworks laws.

Old value:: Gambling is legal across the nation, no regulation whatsoever.
Current: Gambling is legal, but only in private homes and casinos with special licences.

Message | Some of these are good for this country, some are not. For example, Articles 3 and 7 should be Federal government's ressort, as it's a national/international matter. Everything else is fine so I'd support it. |

Message | Gambling and fireworks should be left to local governments yes. Issues of hiring policies and energy resolution on the other hand are obvious issues for the Federal government. |
