| Message | ooc: No, per questioni tecniche. 1) cambiare il numero di parlamentari non cambia niente a livello di elettorato 2) 599 è un bel numero: è dispari (quindi si avrà sempre una maggioranza di 1) e poi rende i calcoli facili. Le leggi normali passano con 300 voti (599/2), le riforme costituzionali con 400 (599*2/3). |
