Description[?]:
I bring forth the idea of keeping track of crime. ARTICAL I All sex offenders will be barcoded and sent to cival community away from other citizians. They will be traced at all times. ARTICAL II Any offender found outside community, will be arrested on site. Second warning the offender will be shot with tazer. ARTICAL III All offenders will be allowed to leave with police escort only. Any offender found outside community without escort will be arrested as said in Artical II. |

Message | This bill is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. Not only it is horribly expensive and complicated to enforce, but it is also a most severe breach on the values of our Commonwealth. Sex offenders can merely go to prison and be less subject to parole. This is very sufficient already. |
