This act will allow Vanuku to supply aid too broken down backwards countries that can't get of the ground because of there stupidity and corruption. And all we ask in exchange is a few rights for Vanuku Businesses, Farmers, Miners and workers.. is that so much to ask? |

Message | This act is verypoorly named. It is labeled Trade but it deals with foreign aid. There is, and should remain, a fundamental difference between the two. The Social Devolutionists believe that the provision of aid to foreign countries itself brings benefits to Vanuku. It does not need to be 'tied' to bring about that outcome. |
