-Tuttle Democracy Bill- An Act to Recognize the Importance of Employee-Owned Industries. Section 1: Recognizing the importance of promoting small businesses and in creating industries and companies reliant on the local labor force: ---A. Subsidies will be provided to already established DWC's to mantain them. ---B. Tax cuts will be provided to all individuals expressing an interest in promoting self-reliance. Tax cuts will be administered through a collaboration between the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Ministry of Finance. Section 2: Require the Ministry of Infrastructure to provide for yearly inspections of all industries claiming to be DWC's, and to ensure that elections are clean and fair. |
