Message | I think (1) is too harsh - especially for those on low income who may not be able to affordcars that enable environmentally friendly fuels - I would prefer trying to encourage socially responsible consumption through tax incentives that enforcing a blanket rule on the population. I'm non-chalent on (2). I may support this, but wouldn't with the bill in its current form. |
