Date | not recorded | From | To | Debating the Basic Human Rights Bill |
Message | The freedom now party takes issue with the education of prisoners. I do not believe tax payers want to pay to educate serial rapists and killers. |
Date | not recorded | From | Leviathan Party | To | Debating the Basic Human Rights Bill |
Message | If we educate prisoners we drastically decrease their chance of becoming repeat offenders; most people incarcerated are not serial rapists or unrepentant murderers. Offering education would cost less than a million dollars per prison, which is chicken feed when we consider how much it costs to keep someone behind bars. |
