We are introducing several proposals. 1) ID cards. These should be administered on a voluntary basis for such tasks as age verification. 2) Immigrants should be allowed to pass a test for citizenship. This bill has been edited now, we as a party admit we made a mistake with the porposal on Nationality. |

Old value:: Citizens are not issued with identity cards.
Current: All citizens are issued with identity cards and are required to carry them at all times.
Proposed: Citizens are issued with identity cards on a voluntary basis.
Article 2
Proposal[?] to change The nation's policy on minimum wage regulation.
Old value:: There is no provision for a minimum wage.
Current: There is no provision for a minimum wage.
Proposed: There shall be a minimum wage at a level that a full time worker on it can support a family of four without falling under the poverty line.

Message | I would say that they are one in the same. If you want to split the two then you are saying that someone who chooses to move here and wants to claim this as his homeland has less rights to that than someone born here who does not care? If what you say is correct then citizens gain the rights of this country, but have no basis for national pride. |

Message | Citiizenship is in another article, nationality is seperate. Being a national, if living in a foreign country, makes it easier for you toi claim citizenship thus creating a Homgenous ethnic community. |
