MessageYou sound like Yoda.

My bad, should have put it to a vote right after the election, but I was involved in a RL primary election and didn't get on last night. My guy won though, so yay!

MessageThis seems pretty straightforward and supportable. The Royalists are against the issuing of a national ID card in any case, so ratifying a treaty that establishes that even if such ever DO get passed carrying them can't be mandatory is a great idea. And since the rest of the treaty is pretty much in the same vein, i.e. supporting civil rights, we give this our full support.

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.
