| Message | Don't reduce the term length. Its "Duchy" not "Duchies". Citizens won't carry their ID cards at all times...yet. Nationals shouldn't need to pass an exam to get their citizenship. And I can only accept Article 1 if the Emperor is made a hereditary position. |
