MessageI'm sorry if I'm such a crab apple, but could we do this in a more real way: vis-a-vis letters pattent. If you decide you would try this, the only set thing is that letter patent begin with "to all to whom these presents come, Greetings." Thank you for your consideration.

MessageAh, but letters of patent are delivered differently in different nations. This is how a letters patent would be delivered in, say, Tonga, for instance, as well as many other RL nations.

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.

Random quote: "Civil disobedience. . . is not our problem. Our problem is civil obedience. Our problem is that numbers of people all over the world have obeyed the dictates of the leaders of their government and have gone to war, and millions have been killed because of this obedience. . Our problem is that people are obedient all over the world in the face of poverty and starvation and stupidity, and war, and cruelty. Our problem is that people are obedient while the jails are full of petty thieves, and all the while the grand thieves are running the country. That's our problem." - Howard Zinn
