This is a bill that would encourage drivers to drive ec0-friendly cars. Everyone has to breath our air, not just people who drive cars. I it is important to protect out clean airs today to maintain good health, green forests, blue skies. Plus it would help us maintain a good Tourist industry at our beachs and mountains. No one wants to live in a society with poluuted skies.
