Bill: Canton Museum Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Telamon Royalist Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2294
Description[?]:
Currently, the museums of this country are all centrally run by a bureaucracy here in Ferescia. We don't need this; indeed, because of the specific different cultural facets of our five Cantons, it's better that we DON'T have it. The museums need to be FUNDED federally, but organized locally. |

Old value:: The national government maintains a system of museums nationwide.
Current: The national government maintains a system of museums nationwide.
Proposed: The national government provides local governments with the funding to operate museums.

Message | We'll oppose for the purely tactical reason that agreement too much on the left will cause a disastorous vote-splitting election that will put our enemies in power. This might be feasible next term though. |

Message | We understand. And that makes sense, actually. This way, you're more likely to take your votes away from the UCA, and that's a good thing for the Liberal Alliance. |

Random fact: Parties have the ability to endorse another party's candidate for the Head of State election (if there is one). This adds a strategic element to the elections. |
