Message | so you say that a communist governnment should have their policies enacted by capitalist civil servants or that a capitalist government should have policies enacted by communist civil servants? the idea is ridiculous and unworkable, the government should have it's policies carried out by the people who agree with and understand the policies. |

Message | No. I'm saying that public servants should act neutrally and carry out the duties designated by the laws and policy of the state. In this way we do not require new people each time the policies/laws/philosophy change. Having politically appointed civil servants leaves the system open to corruption and abuse. An generally independent service is fairer for the people. |

Message | People aren't politically independent. There will always be a temptation in their minds to follow their own beliefs and sabotage the policies of governments they disagree with, especially in as politically charged a country as Gishoto. If the loyalty of civil servants to the government isn't assured then they are more open to corruption and abuse. |
