MessageI think that's fair. What makes overseas media companies more free to pursue their work than our domestic companies? If we don't close this loophole, we will lose media diversity as certain operators choose to run from less regulated states.

Message"The Social Liberal Party thanks the GWP for it's support to logical governance. The question the honourable member of the GWP has asked is yet to be answered by a member of either the People's Party or the Libertarian Party. I challenge them to bring forth their logic and reason on this matter. Surely deregulation is not good enough an answer since domestic media was regulated under the PP's majority government and nothing was done about it." - Matt Groening.

Random fact: Players who consent to a particular role-play by acknowledging it in their own role-play cannot then disown it or withdraw their consent from it. For example, if player A role-plays the assassination of player B's character, and player B then acknowledges the assassination in a news post, but then backtracks and insists the assassination did not happen, then he will be required under the rules to accept the validity of the assassination role-play.
