Romano Enterprises has declared itself an International Organization and wishes to be ratified by a number of governments in order to maintain that legitimacy.

International Space Treaty

1: Romano Enterprise is recognized as an independent, international body.

2:a; Romano Enterprises is authorized to commence work on an International Space Station

b; The Intl. Space Station will be available to all who have signed the treaty

c; The Intl. Space Station will be for research and development purposes only.

d; Information obtained from the Intl. Space Station will be available to all countries who ratified the treaty and at a "at cost" charge to countries who have not signed the treaty.

e; 80% cost of the Intl. Space Station will be footed by Romano Enterprises, the rest being divided among the member countries.

f; Development of the Intl. Space Station will remain in Romano Enterprises control; however, scientists from all signed countries are welcome to provide oversight of the production. If, at any time, those scientists believe that Romano Enterprises is not doing the job properly, the countries they represent may pull their funding from the project.

3: All member countries may send their scientists to the Intl. Space Station and non-member countries may send theirs "at cost."

4: The Intl. Space Station is not for profit; technology developed in the Intl. Space Station belongs to all signed countries.
