Torturing a suspect can save lives!

I am willing to change the proposal to allow torture under grave emergencies but I feel allowing certain torture techniques people will be less willing to commit crimes out of fear.

MessagePunishment is one thing. Torturing for information is something else entirely. Any information gained from torture is normally false because the person being tortured gives up whatever it is you want to hear so it could stop. What are you going to do to the poor person if the information is false?
