MessageWe must disagree; we need an ordinary police force as well, to enforce the rules in regular society; and for a police force to have any effect at all, it must have something to negotiate with, to barter with. And what stakes are higher than what can be dealt with a lethal weapon? This is just a way to cut back on spending where we need it most.
