However, we could vote yes if the legislation was amended to state "The nation reserves the right to use chemical, biological or any other weapons in warfare if the use of such weapons is necessary to protect the people of the United Tribes of Tukarali." With this change, our nation will still have the ability to use such weapons if we have to, but we will also be expressing our desire to avoid the use of such weapons. |
