Bill: Dissuwa Autonomy
Details
Submitted by[?]: Primary Party
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 2301
Description[?]:
We request that the Rada make the region semi-autonomous with power over education, health, technology, tax and police. This will let Deltaria run as a two system state. Presenting a good front to the people and the international community. This will encourage business and prosperity in one of the poorer more liberal regions of the country. |

Message | We humbly request that the First Party view legislation currently within debate, as we are readying a petition to be presented to the Czar (may he reign forever) which calls for the knighting of the First Party leader as the Vojvoda of Dissuwa. We are not opposed to giving Dissuwa autonomy. However, we shall vote no to this bill in its current terms, as it is far too vague. A Dissuwan charter of autonomy must be created, explain exactly how Dissuwa shall differ in law from the Czarist reforms. |
