| We the Republic of Hobrazia shall no longer be obligated to any action concerning the Selucian Empire. Any treaty that obligates the Republic of Hobrazia to cooperate with or aid the Selucian Empire shall no longer have any effect untill the Selucian Empire withdraws from the Protocols Against Zionism. |

| Message | Yes you should. As we see it, they already have a bill proposing a withdrawal from the protocol. But we should initiate a discussion to take action if diplomatic relations fail. Association with the Selucian Empire is not good for a nations reputation right now. May we propose that we also take contact to the Allied Nations to let them look into this situation since the Allied Nation was formed in response to some situations much alike this one. |

| Message | We advice the CSP in its position as Foreign Minister to initiate talks with the surrounding countries of Selucia to start a cooperating deployment of refugees from Selucia, after all we should help the people close to their homeland. Furthermore we will certainly support meassures to allow such refugees in Hobrazia untill peace has restored in their homecountry but we do not think that such a clause should be inserted in this condemnation of the selucian actions. We though advice our Foreign Minister to propose such a resolution to make a decent solution on the refugee problem. |

| Message | The abstention of the WSS!P is due to many reasons. Though we understand the knee-jerk reaction behind the withdrawals from these treaties, we do implore that a more measured approach be kept in mind. Until recently the Selucian Empire has been a close, if not the closest, friend that Hobrazia has enjoyed. Whilst we deplore their actions in signing the anti-zionist treaty it must be noticed that not all the Parties are so inclined, moreover there is a bill in debate within the Selucian Parliament to withdraw from said treaty. It is better to maintain these treaties and in so doing use our influence to attempt to persuade them to change their postion rather than removing ourselves from those treaties and leaving ourselves without any influence. We would also point out that this bill requests we leave the Allied Nations, a treaty that is held with not only Selucia but other Nations as well. We should not so readily withdraw from such a treaty as guarantees that those signatories stake no claim to Hobrazian sovereign territory. |

| Message | CSP questions if the Allied Nation is still active. Furthermore we see no sense in being in a treaty that makes us cooperate and have obligations towards Selucia even though the idea of the allied nation was to stop such ideologies. Concerning the selucian parliament we muste state that all members of the selucian parliament belongs to VBS, who is in favor of the anti-zionist treaty. Yes there are other parties in Selucia, but they have no influence on politics at all and should not be taken for Selucian views in international politics. Thus no reason for not withdrawing the treaties. After all the VBS has stated that they are not interested in changing their political stance on this issue. |
