Status[?]: defeated

Voting deadline: December 2303

Description[?]:

As a secular nation, our laws should also reflict our stance.

Those interested in religion should by themselves search for their believes and therefore go directly to those involved and get information. It should also be able to arrange home teaching by religious movements.
It should not be allowed for groups or individuals anywhere in our country to preach religion to those not interested in such things. Noone should attempt to to force religious perspectives on anyone else without their consent.

MessageThis is ridiculous. If a religion is taxed as a business, it must be permitted to advertise as one. And just because a church, mosque, temple, etc. is advertising does not mean that it is "preaching." Consumers have to put up with advertising garbage on all sorts of products; why should faith differ?

MessageWe would also like to change that law, but the general idea hasn't fit into the majority of the hobrazian parliament yet :-)

MessageReligions are big business, and though we don't like large scale religious indoctrination we are not hypocritical enough to treat them as businesses then not allow them the advantages of such.

Random fact: Don't put "the" as the first word in your party name, because when parties are referred to in news reports, their names are preceded with "the", e.g. the [Socialist Party] has lost.
