MessageActually, legalizing certain drugs decreases crime, since gangs no longer sell them.

MessageThe Democrats are right. By criminalizing cannabis, you simply make more criminals, by definition. This is just another move by the Nuncirist Party to take away rights, and we won't stand for it.

MessageSo what you are saying is that by supporting the current legalization of that criminal activity, we decrease criminality in general? Forbidden activities cannot be solved by legalizing it, only by executing a zero-tollerance policy. In our opinion, the use of any drug is a criminal activity and in many cases causes serious health problems, that society has to pay for. We cannot allow that, not for the innocent people who have become a victim and certainly not for our children.

MessageBy definition it is NOT a criminal or forbidden act! It is perfectly legal! And yes, by definition, if you make something that is legal illegal, you increase the level of crime, because those people who conduct that activity are now criminals. They weren't before.

MessageIt is perfectly legal because those parties who supported that criminal activity, legalized it. End of story. By penalizing it we reduce the level of crime - history has proven us that those alternative progressive methods often don't work, even make it worse.

MessageBut the drug users only affect themselves, if they don't smoke near others. If you are concerned about our government having to pay for the health problems, then we can pass a law that requires cannabis users to pay for certain treatments for the diseases they have a higher chance of getting.
