*All information contained herein at present is subject to change following debate and not me being pretentious. If I've got something wrong in your opinion, pester me.*

/National Symbols/
The Cedar Tree and the Red Tailed Hawk

/Government Structure/
Head of State - Atabeg Accipitrum (Atabeg of the Hawks). Democratically elected.
Presides over the August Parliament of the Cedar Throne.
Head of Government - Grand Vizier-General (Head Adviser). Defined as per the cabinet.
Local Subdivisions - Pentarchal Satrapies. Political heads of these, if roleplayed, should technically be Satraps.

/National Flag Symbolism/
- The profile of the Red Tailed Hawk, gilt edged, is that of the national animal.
- The Red section is another reference to the tail of the hawk, over a section of the Green of fields and trees.
- The Blue is for the waters that surround Pontesi on several fronts.
- The Purple background is for the traditional colour of the church in Pontesi.

/The National Paper, The Pontesian Enquirer/
(http://www.takeforum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4968&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=0&mforum=particracy)
International and Internal news of concern to the Dynastic Commonwealth and from it is posted here. Lighthearted slander against characters, usual political incinuation and commentry, bizarre ideas and interviews with crazy civilians all suitable.

/Pentarchal Satrapies and Cities/
Abure - Marlowe, Nazirija, Debelina and Damour
Dandratur - Wessex, Sladjie, Hargeisa and Diar Elahmar
Hodirak'hi - Von Hayek, Pontesia, Bab al'Ulima and Elbanek
Mainulay - Burlington, Ras Salaam, Oxminister, Victoria
Xanduley - Makati, Lerna, Antalmir and Anjouan

/National Honours/
a) Honours will be proposed by the Head of State no more than once every 8 years. If the Head of State fails to propose any honours in that period then the Head of Government will have the authority. There will be a limit of 1 honour every 3 years. A Head of State, if serving more than one term, must ensure that at least 50% of the awarded honours are made to persons outside of their own party.
b) After the proposal is made, the proposed honours will be submitted to a customary debate and vote in Parliament. A straight majority is required to accept the honours.

The following are a list of the possible honours (in precedence - the top honour being the most prestigious):

1) Lord Guardian of the Cedar Throne: LGCT may be used after the person's name or 'Lord Guardian' before.

2) Knight of the Commonwealth: KC may be used after the person's name or 'Lord (Knight)' before.

3) Order of the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth: OPC may be used after the person's name or Sir before

4) Member of the Pontesian Dynastic Commonwealth: MPC may be used after the person's name

--- Honours shall be awarded to those members who have served Pontesi for an extended period of time and have shown great loyalty. Honours may be awarded posthumously or to those who are alive. A list of eligible people are listed below.

1) Pontesian National politicians, non-exhaustively including ex-Heads of State, long-serving cabinet ministers, party leaders or members, deceased or currently serving.
2) Retired or current members of the armed forces
3) Retired or current members of the Police
4) Civilians who have gained important achievements for Pontesi
