Message | Article in “The Warrior”, a pro-Militarist Magazine, by Alexander Thompson, Leader of the Militarist Party: “It is a sad day for our nation. The recent election, which deposed the unenlightened and stagnant Liberal Party, would be perceived, by an outsider looking in, as a great success, as a grand and peaceful reflection of the will of the people. Would that it would have been so. The Capitalist Party of Sekowo, with the aid of their rich and omnipresent business interests, has bought the National Congress with cash and lies. Many voters did place their trust in the party, lured in by the promise of prosperity which has eluded our nation for some years. Desperation breeds desperate acts, and with the massive financial backing, who could miss the Capitalist Party’s promises? The Capitalist Party had a chance, a chance to make this country great and to bring it out of the state it was in, a chance to aid the people in their plight. They spit on that chance. They have made it clear since their inception that their intention was never to help the people. They have stabbed the people in the back with a stiletto of gold. The rich clink their crystal glasses and fine wine, while the poor languish in the crumbling slums. But I wonder, Andrew Dale, if the wealthy elite can fill the streets? Can the aristocracy defend it’s ill gotten wealth against the countless poor who suffer from lack of their just share? Your treachery shall not be forgotten. Long live Sekowo.” |
Date | 19:27:41, October 29, 2006 CET | From | Capitalist Party of Sekowo | To | Debating the Economy Bill |
Message | Andrew Dale, leader of the Capitalist Party released this statement: "I condemn any ideas that we bought the elections, we won fair and square, it is obvious the Militarists are jealous of our winnings, the people of this nation are obviously looking forward, and this is why they chose us to to take them that way. I call for this magazine to be closed, and it's slanderous lies with it." |
Date | 05:55:23, October 30, 2006 CET | From | Militarist Party | To | Debating the Economy Bill |
Message | A statement by a senior SPG organizer (MP Paramilitaries), quoted briefly on radio news: "We have absolutly no intention of closing the publication. It in no way constitutes libel. It is the sincere opnion of the Militarist Party, and of the people. Ask anyone in the street. And further, it is entirely legal. Mr.Dale's attempt to shut it down simply shows he has no defence against our critiscisms, and that he is determined to silence the voice of the people." |
