This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Prime Minister Timothy Vern Dell has been struck with cancer in the stomach and his condition is worsening. The aged Prime Minister and HPP chairman therefore has not long time back to live in. He wishes to spend the most of his time home with his family and therefore resigns as Premier Minister as soon as another cabinet is in place. We therefore propose this cabinet to accept the wish of TImothy Vern Dell and hope that the other members of parliament see the nessecity to. |

| Message | It is not clear how long time TImothy Vern Dell have left, but untill another Prime Minister is found he will remain in his office. The doctors has predicted that there is 1-2 years left, but the results are unclear and Timothy Vern Dell will to avoid being stressed and to cope with the major work his role in the nation abide him, he have assigned the young Governor of Zargundia, Aaron Regdal to aid him in the difficulties of his job untill a replacement is found. Aaron Regdal will not be given any responsibilities that lies upon the Prime Minister, but the administrative and personal aid that can be done will aid the Prime Minister in his final years. |
