A bill to improve Hutori's international relations and make the nation more welcoming. NOTE (PLEASE READ) : Parties should remember that this bill is not designed to allow the free flow of immigrants. SPECIFIC TO ARTICLE 2: Parties should remember the definition of -refugee-. A person that has been FORCED from their home/land IN FEAR OF INJURY, DEATH, PERSECUTION, GENOCIDE, WAR....The definition of refugee does not include those who choose to enter the nation out of free will. |

Message | All refugees are welcome, regardless of their reason - despite your reassurances in the bill description, this is far too vague and will allow all sorts of reasons. People will just be able to turn up at the borders and say, "I seek asylum" and they will be allowed in. This is not on. |
