| Message | so when they come back in the community they can't do anything anymore? That means what they will have to do to get money is ehm.. go back into their criminal behaviour. By giving them education in prison you will give them an option to do something else instead of beeing a criminal again. And it will lower the chance that they get back into prison again. |
