Message | This bill is up for discussion by any party. We hope to see Alliance 44 make commentary on this bill, and with approval of Alliance 44, we will move it onto voting. However, on our own ground, we wish to inquire Alliance 44s opinion on malpractice suits. We do not believe that a citizen should be able to sue a public doctor, or a private one for that matter, because it is heavily regulated. However, malpractices through regulation can be taken action against through the same organization that regulates healthcare. In simple, we believe that malpractice actions should only be taken by a central healthcare body, much like all the other regulations. |

Message | Private clinics must be allowed to survive.. as competition can create new medical breakthroughs, and price wars between the government and private entities, benefiting the consumer. |

Message | IRL the best health service in the world is Cuba. Competition is not condusive to innovation only to profit making. Private health leads to a two tier system. |

Message | While we do support this current proposal, we strongly believe malpractice suits should be dealt with by independent courts. Appointing a medical body would only encourage corruption and biased decisions. |
