Current: The private sector can set up gated communities.
Proposed: Both the government and the private sector can set up gated communities.

Message | Also, as an OOC curtosy, please don't try to pass a large number of unrelated sweeping changes in a single bill. If you're just trying to make a stand this is fine, but if you're actually trying to PASS these proposals please break them up into several bills. This applies to everyone. It's no fun if each ruling coalition passes one giant bill with all the changes it wishes to implement. |
