Description[?]:

Educational Provisions Act: Article 1; Nursery and Pre-School Education.

In order to guarantee the provision of education to children below that of school age the Government shall operate a nationwide system of free public nurseries to provide child care and pre-school education to our young people. The will operate alongside heavily regulated Private sector nurseries to those wishing to send their children to said facilities.
These facilities will also operate as child care for parents who wish to return to work after the birth of their child(ren).

Article 2; Scholastic Provision.

In order to allow all children of school age to be guaranteed a suitably high level of education, without the requirement of extra expenditure from parents in order to provide for said education, the Government will operate publicly funded state schools. These schools will be required to maintain high educational standards, guaranteed through the teaching of the National Curriculum and by teaching assessments before and during teachers careers, in order to allow for all pupils to reach their full potential.
Teaching assessments of teachers will be carried out every 5 years to guarantee that teachers are maintaining high quality teaching. 5 yearly increments will be used in order to guarantee that an individuals abilities are not severly hampered by individual problems with individual pupils.
Pupils who are found to have abilities in certain areas of education will be allowed to be "fast-tracked" through those areas of their education, with the introduction of specialist "centres of excellence" which will allow those pupils, with permission from their teachers and guardians, to be accepted for accelerated learning classes within these centres.
Places for all children at state funded schools will be guaranteed.

Private, non-government funded educational establishments will be operated by the Private sector continuing with the same regulations as currently enforced (National Curriculum, etc) allowing choice for the guardians of pupils to make decisions on their childs education without government interference.

Article 3; The National Anthem.

Whilst accepting that the National Anthem is a tune that is an invaluable tool in raising feelings of Patriotism in people, whilst also accepting that the primary responsibility of schools are to educate rather than indoctrinate their pupils, the Government will henceforth no longer require that the National Anthem be played or sung at the commencement of the school day, or during assemblies. Should any pupil wish to sing the National Anthem then, as with the current rules on freedom of expression within the school system (most notably religious belief) then aforementioned pupil would be allowed to within school regulations.
