My opinion on this matter is that fire fighting is something that should be at a local level. As far as coordination goes, the current bill doesn't say there can't be some sort of major-disaster-department that coordinates police, firemen, medical facilities in case of floodings, vulcano eruption, earthquakes, forrest fires, hurricanes.. |
