Message | Hmm, although the first will require more thinking, we're leaning to support it.. Thus we could support both articles |

Message | I can see long lines at the doctors if this ever gets passed. And why the heck should we partially pay for those citizens medication if said citizens can afford it? |

Message | Let the people who can afford it, pay for medications themselves while subsidize it for those on low incomes. That is the way it is now so what is wrong with it? |

Message | because it is all part of the poverty trap. Somoens on unemployment benefit can get money off drugs, and healthcare yet if they find a job they will end up worse off. Also the less people spend on medication the more they buy consumer goods for the economy and the more the treasury receives in taxes. We don't lose out in public money and our citizens can afford all medication , even the most expensive. |

Message | also i think the current legislation for article 1 is ridiculous. it means the majority of the population can't afford vital ,expensive surgery. |
Date | 13:54:43, November 21, 2006 CET | From | Patriot Party | To | Debating the Commanding heights bill: Health service reform |
Message | You are right that the majority cannot afford vital, expensive surgery but why on earth should the government be forced to pay it? Isn't that why we have a thing called insurance companies? |
Date | 19:40:46, November 22, 2006 CET | From | One Nation Socialist Party | To | Debating the Commanding heights bill: Health service reform |
Message | yes but can everyone afford to pay that? i don't think so. Healthcare is a necssity for everyone and society. If you feel you could not support this bill then as a compromis i have proposed anothe mor middle way option. |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
