| Section 1: This act shall be referred to as the Curfew Act Section 2: This act will make it illegal for minors to be on the streets or use public property after 11:00 PM. The only exception to this rule is if they are working at night and do not get off of work till then and have to get home or if a sporting event runs late. |

Old value:: The national government may impose curfews, but only if a state of emergency has been declared.
Current: Local governments may impose curfews, but only if a state of emergency has been declared.
Proposed: Minors may not use streets or public property beyond the curfew time.
