RECOGNIZING, That to ensure the prosperity, happiness and productivity of our citizenry, the economy must be in a proper state, AND RECOGNIZING, That these things are nesscerary to Sekowo's national unity, sovreignty and security, AND RECOGNIZING, That the current situation is not adequate to ensure said nessceties, AND RECOGNIZING, To make the situation adequate, the economy needs proper stimulation and direction from the national government, WE, The delegates of the National Congress, HEREBY, Enact the following reforms and legislation. |
