Bill: Cabinet Proposal of March 2316

Details

Submitted by[?]: Nuncpart Alduria

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 2316

Description[?]:

The Avenir Alduria refuse to submit to the Constitutional ammendment and therefore we submit this bill as a compromise. If this passes by at least 2/3 it should also be taken the ammendment itself is ammended with the following paragraph:

"If one party applicable to enter the grand coalition turns it down, a grand coalition cabinet proposed may exclude that party."

MessageThe Internal Affairs should go to the ECP, because since the third-largest party is not part, then the fourth-largest takes it place, being the ECP.

MessageWe will agree as long as, in all future cabinets, the original standard of 1- HoG, 2 Foreign, and 3 Internal be maintained. It will not be accepted again.

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there.
