Message | The Totalitarian Party feels "Grand Ascendency of Gaduridos" is an excellent name for our great nation, but would prefer Ascendency to be spelt, "Ascendancy". Also, we think "Sphere" is an adequate replacement for "Province". |

Message | The Congress doesn't see such need for imperialist names such as the 'Grand Ascendancy' and 'Spheres'. They are not inspiring of democracy nor liberty. The Congress will always stand in support for the Provinces of the Democratic Republic of Gaduridos where Unity, Freedom and Prosperity are upheld. |

Message | We need not have "Democratic" in our nation's name to have a democratic society. "The Democratic Republic of Gaduridos" is uncreative and boring. We feel the proposed name is much more impressive. |
Date | 17:56:04, November 27, 2006 CET | From | Gaduri Green Socialist Union | To | Debating the Gaduridos Above All! |
Message | The Congress can hardly believe we should leave name-changing up to such individuals who use words as 'uncreative'. By using the word 'Democratic' in our nation's name, we're simply stating to the rest of the world that inside our borders democracy and the pursuit of happiness form an inherent part of our nation's culture. One only needs to take a look at public opinion to note this. The Congress vehemently stands behind the current name. |

Message | "The Congress can hardly believe we should leave name-changing up to such individuals who use words as 'uncreative'" Firstly, what's wrong with the word "uncreative"? Secondly, I believe you meant to say "...use words *such* as 'uncreative'." |

Message | You're quite right that I had meant to say 'such' but at least I wasn't trying to add to the dictionary. Predictably, the Congress votes against this measure. |
